1. 服务概述 Service Overview

大烤拉摄影社区 A-Connect（以下简称"本应用"）是一款面向中画幅 / 大画幅 / 徕卡 M / 富士 GFX / 胶片玩家的摄影社区与辅助工具，Slogan「掌控光轴，连接同频」。

专业工具: 沙姆定律俯仰计算、景深计算、超焦距计算、透视校正（移轴量）、焦距与视角换算（含移轴拼接）、内嵌测光表、构图取景器（B&W 实时滤镜、RGB 直方图、景深叠加、太阳 / 月亮 / 银河 AR）、减光镜（ND）计算、焦点合成助手、全景规划器、延时摄影、星空与银河计算、月亮 / 太阳轨迹、闪光灯曝光（GN）、打印尺寸计算、器材对比（后背 / 机身 / 镜头三模式）、拍摄天气。

社区功能: 作品发布（含多图 / 话题聚合 / 前后对比）、全球玩家地图、拍摄机位分享与约拍状态、摄影挑战、每日灵感（管理员推送）、画廊与珍藏作品集、玩家认证徽章、中英双语技巧文章 / 新闻。

记录工具: 拍摄日志（含胶片模式 12 字段,云同步）、拍摄计划（云同步 + 离线缓存 + WeatherKit 天气预报 + 器材清单联动 + 关联拍摄日志）。

通讯功能: 私聊与群聊（消息撤回 / 编辑、引用回复、Emoji 反应、已读标记、消息搜索、阅后即焚、群公告、群二维码、群管理）、好友与关注系统、语音 / 视频通话（TRTC,支持 PiP 悬浮窗 / 通话中拍照 / 图片实时标注 / 标注发送 / 挂断留聊天页）、@小烤拉 AI 助手、AI 作品点评、订阅凭证二维码。

本应用由大烤拉团队开发和运营。

DaKaoLa Photography Community A-Connect (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is a photography community and companion tool for medium format, large format, Leica M, Fujifilm GFX and film photographers. Tagline: "Master Light Axis, Connect on the Same Frequency."

Professional tools: Scheimpflug tilt, depth of field, hyperfocal, shift correction, focal length & angle of view (with stitch pano), built-in light meter, composition viewfinder (live B&W filter, RGB histogram, DoF overlay, Sun/Moon/Milky Way AR), ND filter, focus stacking helper, panorama planner, timelapse, astrophotography & Milky Way, Moon/Sun trajectory, flash exposure (GN), print size, gear comparison (Backs / Bodies / Lenses, 3 modes), shooting weather.

Community features: Post publishing (multi-image / hashtag feed / before-after), global user map, shooting spot sharing & meetup status, photo challenges, Daily Inspiration (admin pushed), galleries & collections, player verification badges, bilingual Tips articles & News.

Record-keeping tools: Shooting log (Film Mode 12 fields, cloud sync), Shooting plans (cloud sync + offline cache + WeatherKit forecast + gear checklist linkage + linked shooting log).

Communication: Direct & group messaging (recall/edit, quote reply, reactions, read receipts, search, disappearing messages, announcements, group QR, group management), follow/friend systems, voice & video calls (TRTC, with PiP floating window / in-call camera / live image annotation / annotated send / stay-in-chat after hangup), @XiaoKaoLa AI assistant, AI photo critique, subscription credential QR code.

2. 用户资格 User Eligibility

您必须年满13周岁方可使用本应用。如果您未满18周岁，应在父母或监护人的指导下使用。

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you should use it under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

3. 订阅服务 Subscription Service

本应用提供自动续费订阅服务（"大烤拉 Pro"），包括以下方案：

The App offers auto-renewable subscription services ("Dakaola Pro"), including the following plans:

• 月度会员：按月自动续费
  Monthly Membership: Auto-renews monthly
• 年度会员：按年自动续费，享受折扣优惠
  Annual Membership: Auto-renews annually at a discounted rate

订阅相关条款：

Subscription terms:

• 部分促销活动可能提供限时免费体验
  Some promotional campaigns may offer limited-time free trials
• 订阅费用通过您的 Apple ID 账户扣款
  Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
• 订阅到期前24小时内将自动续费，届时从您的账户中扣取续订费用
  Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee will be charged to your account
• 您可以随时在 iPhone 的"设置" → "Apple ID" → "订阅"中管理或取消订阅
  You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• 取消订阅后，当前订阅期内的权益仍可正常使用
  After cancellation, benefits remain available until the end of the current subscription period
• 优惠码兑换的免费体验期结束后，如未取消将自动按所选方案续费
  After a promotional code free trial ends, if not cancelled, it will automatically renew at the selected plan rate

4. 用户内容与知识产权 User Content and Intellectual Property

您通过本应用发布的内容（包括但不限于照片、文字、评论、留言、聊天消息、群聊内容）属于您的个人创作。您在发布内容时授予本应用在平台内展示该内容的非独占许可。

Content you publish through this App (including but not limited to photos, text, comments, messages, chat messages, and group chat content) is your personal creation. By publishing content, you grant the App a non-exclusive license to display such content within the platform.

作品编辑：您可以在发布后编辑已发布的作品，包括修改标题、描述、照片、拍摄城市和器材信息。编辑后的内容将替换原有内容，系统会记录编辑历史。

Post Editing: You may edit your published posts, including title, description, photo, city, and equipment info. Edited content will replace the original, and edit history is recorded by the system.

发布限额：每位用户每月最多可发布 30 张作品，单张照片文件大小不超过 80MB。超出限额后需等待下月刷新。

Publishing Limits: Each user may publish up to 30 posts per month, with a maximum file size of 80MB per photo. Once the limit is reached, you must wait until the following month.

版权归属：您上传至画廊、地图或聊天中的所有照片的版权归原作者（即上传者）所有。大烤拉不主张对用户上传照片的任何所有权。未经原作者明确授权，任何用户不得下载、复制、转载、商用或以其他方式使用他人上传的照片。

Copyright Ownership: The copyright of all photos uploaded to the gallery, map, or chat belongs to the original author (i.e., the uploader). Dakaola does not claim any ownership of user-uploaded photos. Without explicit authorization from the original author, no user may download, copy, repost, commercially use, or otherwise use photos uploaded by others.

平台使用许可：您在发布内容时，授予大烤拉在平台内展示、缓存和传输该内容的非独占、免版税、可撤销的许可。此许可仅用于平台运营目的，不构成版权转让。您可随时删除您发布的内容，相应的许可将自动终止。

Platform License: By publishing content, you grant Dakaola a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display, cache, and transmit such content within the platform. This license is solely for platform operation purposes and does not constitute a transfer of copyright. You may delete your published content at any time, and the corresponding license will automatically terminate.

您对发布的内容承担全部责任，并保证：

You are fully responsible for the content you publish and warrant that:

• 您拥有所发布内容的合法版权或已获得合法授权
  You own the lawful copyright of the content you publish or have obtained lawful authorization
• 内容不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权或其他权利
  The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights
• 内容不包含违法、有害、威胁、侮辱、诽谤或其他不当信息
  The content does not contain illegal, harmful, threatening, insulting, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate information

侵权投诉：如果您认为平台上的内容侵犯了您的版权，请通过技术支持页面联系我们，提供相关证据，我们将在合理时间内进行审查和处理。

Infringement Complaints: If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, please contact us through the support page with relevant evidence, and we will review and address it within a reasonable timeframe.

5. 社区规范 Community Guidelines

使用全球玩家地图、作品分享、留言板、私聊、群聊等社区功能时，您应遵守以下规范：

When using community features such as the global player map, photo sharing, message board, private chat, and group chat, you must comply with the following guidelines:

• 尊重其他用户，不发布攻击性、歧视性或骚扰性内容
  Respect other users; do not post offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content
• 不发布垃圾信息、广告或与摄影无关的内容
  Do not post spam, advertisements, or content unrelated to photography
• 不冒充他人或虚假表述身份
  Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• 不发布色情、暴力或违法内容
  Do not post pornographic, violent, or illegal content
• 不恶意利用平台功能干扰其他用户的正常使用
  Do not maliciously exploit platform features to interfere with other users' normal use
• 如发现违规内容或行为，您可以通过应用内的举报功能进行举报；您也可以屏蔽其他用户，屏蔽后将不再看到该用户的内容
  If you discover rule-violating content or behavior, you can report it through the in-app reporting feature; you can also block other users, after which you will no longer see their content

我们保留在不事先通知的情况下删除违规内容和禁止违规用户使用社区功能的权利。

We reserve the right to remove violating content and ban violating users from community features without prior notice.

5a. 聊天与消息 Chat and Messaging

本应用提供私聊和群聊功能，使用时您应遵守以下规则：

The App provides private and group chat features. When using them, you must comply with the following rules:

• 聊天内容应与摄影及相关话题有关，不得利用聊天功能进行商业推广、传销或其他非法活动
  Chat content should be related to photography and related topics; do not use chat for commercial promotion, pyramid schemes, or other illegal activities
• 不得通过聊天功能向其他用户发送骚扰、威胁、侮辱或不当信息
  Do not send harassing, threatening, insulting, or inappropriate messages to other users through chat
• 群聊中应遵守群组管理规则，尊重群主和管理员的管理行为
  In group chats, comply with group management rules and respect the actions of group owners and administrators
• 群主和管理员有权对违规成员执行禁言（限制发送所有消息）或限制发图（限制发送图片和对比图）
  Group owners and administrators have the right to mute violating members (restricting all messages) or restrict image posting (restricting photos and comparison images)
• 被禁言或限制发图的用户应遵守管理决定，不得通过其他方式规避限制
  Users who are muted or restricted from posting images must comply with the management decision and must not circumvent restrictions through other means
• 不得在聊天中分享他人隐私信息（如未经授权的联系方式、地址等）
  Do not share others' private information in chat (such as unauthorized contact details, addresses, etc.)
• 本应用内置敏感词过滤系统，包含不当用语和政治敏感词的消息将被自动过滤。请注意规范用语
  The App has a built-in sensitive word filtering system; messages containing inappropriate or politically sensitive words will be automatically filtered. Please use appropriate language
• 我们不会主动监控聊天内容，但保留在收到举报后审查和处理违规消息的权利
  We do not actively monitor chat content, but reserve the right to review and handle violating messages upon receiving reports

5b. 好友系统 Friend System

本应用提供好友添加与管理功能，使用时您应遵守以下规则：

The App provides friend adding and management features. When using them, you must comply with the following rules:

• 不得向不认识的用户频繁发送好友请求，造成骚扰
  Do not send frequent friend requests to unknown users, causing harassment
• 不得利用好友关系进行恶意行为，包括但不限于信息窃取、垃圾信息传播
  Do not exploit friend relationships for malicious purposes, including but not limited to information theft and spam distribution
• 您可以随时删除好友或屏蔽其他用户，相关操作不可逆
  You can delete friends or block other users at any time; these actions are irreversible

5c. 位置分享 Location Sharing

本应用允许用户在地图和聊天中分享位置信息，使用时请注意：

The App allows users to share location information on the map and in chat. Please note the following:

• 位置分享为自愿行为，您可以随时选择不分享或停止分享位置
  Location sharing is voluntary; you can choose not to share or stop sharing your location at any time
• 分享的位置信息仅对您授权的好友或群组成员可见
  Shared location information is only visible to friends or group members you have authorized
• 请勿利用位置信息跟踪、骚扰或以其他方式侵犯他人隐私
  Do not use location information to track, harass, or otherwise invade others' privacy
• 本应用不对因位置分享导致的个人安全问题承担责任，请谨慎分享您的精确位置
  The App is not responsible for personal safety issues arising from location sharing; please share your precise location with caution

5d. 群组管理 Group Management

群聊设有角色管理体系（群主、管理员、成员），使用时请注意：

Group chats have a role management system (owner, administrator, member). Please note the following:

• 群主拥有群组的最高管理权限，可指定管理员、转让群主、设置群组为公开或私密
  The group owner has the highest management privileges, and can appoint administrators, transfer ownership, and set the group as public or private
• 管理员可对群成员执行禁言和限制发图操作
  Administrators can mute group members and restrict their image posting
• 公开群组所有用户均可自由加入；私密群组需管理员邀请才能加入
  Public groups are open for all users to join freely; private groups require an administrator invitation to join
• 群主和管理员应合理行使管理权限，不得滥用禁言等功能进行不当操作
  Group owners and administrators should exercise management privileges reasonably and must not abuse features such as muting for improper purposes
• 被移除或禁言的用户可通过联系我们申诉
  Users who are removed or muted can appeal by contacting us

5e. AI 助手（@小烤拉） AI Assistant (@Xiaokaola)

本应用在群聊中提供 AI 助手功能（@小烤拉），使用时您应遵守以下规则：

The App provides an AI assistant feature (@Xiaokaola) in group chats. When using it, you must comply with the following rules:

• 每位用户每日最多可使用 AI 助手 20 次，超出限额后需等待次日刷新
  Each user can use the AI assistant up to 20 times per day; once the limit is reached, you must wait until the next day
• AI 助手的回答仅供参考，不构成专业建议。本应用不对 AI 回答的准确性、完整性或适用性承担责任
  AI assistant responses are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. The App is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI responses
• 不得利用 AI 助手生成违法、有害、侮辱性或与摄影无关的内容
  Do not use the AI assistant to generate illegal, harmful, insulting, or photography-unrelated content
• 不得通过技术手段绕过每日使用限额
  Do not circumvent the daily usage limit through technical means
• AI 助手的回答内容作为聊天消息对群成员可见，请勿在提问中包含敏感个人信息
  AI assistant responses are visible to group members as chat messages; do not include sensitive personal information in your queries
• 我们保留在不事先通知的情况下调整 AI 助手的每日使用限额、功能范围或暂停该服务的权利
  We reserve the right to adjust the AI assistant's daily usage limit, feature scope, or suspend the service without prior notice

5f. 消息撤回与编辑 Message Recall and Editing

本应用提供消息撤回和编辑功能，使用时请注意：

The App provides message recall and editing features. Please note the following:

• 消息撤回和编辑均须在发送后 2 分钟内完成，超时后将无法操作
  Message recall and editing must be completed within 2 minutes of sending; after that, the action will no longer be available
• 撤回消息后，对方会看到"消息已撤回"的系统提示，但无法查看原始内容
  After recalling a message, the other party will see a "message recalled" system notification but cannot view the original content
• 编辑消息后，消息将显示"已编辑"标识
  After editing a message, the message will display an "edited" label
• 不得滥用撤回功能来规避社区规范（例如发送违规内容后立即撤回）
  Do not abuse the recall feature to circumvent community guidelines (e.g., sending violating content and immediately recalling it)
• 管理员审查举报时可能在撤回前已记录消息内容
  Administrators may have recorded message content before recall when reviewing reports

5g. 阅后即焚 Disappearing Messages

本应用提供阅后即焚图片功能：

The App provides a view-once photo feature:

• 发送图片时可开启阅后即焚，对方查看一次后自动销毁（10 秒倒计时）
  View-once photos auto-destroy after the recipient views them once (10-second countdown)
• 聊天消息永久保留在本地设备，服务器保留 3 天用于离线投递
  Chat messages are stored permanently on device; the server retains them for 3 days for offline delivery
• 不得利用阅后即焚功能传播违规内容以逃避审查
  Do not use the view-once feature to spread violating content in order to evade review

5h. 关注系统 Follow System

本应用提供关注/粉丝社交功能，使用时您应遵守以下规范：

The App provides follow/follower social features. When using them, you must comply with the following guidelines:

• 不得利用关注功能进行恶意骚扰（如反复关注/取消关注同一用户）
  Do not use the follow feature for malicious harassment (e.g., repeatedly following/unfollowing the same user)
• 不得利用自动化工具批量关注用户以获取不当曝光
  Do not use automated tools to follow users in bulk to gain improper exposure
• 您的粉丝数和关注数对其他用户可见
  Your follower and following counts are visible to other users
• 被关注的用户会收到推送通知，请文明使用
  Followed users will receive push notifications; please use this feature respectfully

5i. 订阅凭证二维码 Subscription Credential QR Code

Pro 订阅用户可以生成专属订阅凭证二维码，使用时请遵守以下规则：

Pro subscribers can generate an exclusive subscription credential QR code. Please comply with the following rules:

• 订阅凭证二维码仅供本人使用，不得转让、出售或分享给他人
  The subscription credential QR code is for personal use only and must not be transferred, sold, or shared with others
• 不得伪造、篡改或以技术手段复制他人的订阅凭证
  Do not forge, tamper with, or use technical means to copy others' subscription credentials
• 凭证二维码用于验证您的订阅状态，滥用凭证可能导致您的账户被暂停或终止
  The credential QR code is used to verify your subscription status; abuse of credentials may result in your account being suspended or terminated

6. 知识产权 Intellectual Property

本应用的设计、代码、图标、品牌标识及其他内容受知识产权法保护。ALPA 是 ALPA Capaul & Weber Ltd 的注册商标，本应用为第三方工具，与 ALPA 官方无直接关联。

The design, code, icons, brand identity, and other content of this App are protected by intellectual property law. ALPA is a registered trademark of ALPA Capaul & Weber Ltd. This App is a third-party tool and is not directly affiliated with ALPA officially.

7. 免责声明 Disclaimer

• 本应用提供的计算结果（沙姆定律、焦距转换等）仅供参考，不对因使用计算结果而产生的任何损失承担责任
  Calculation results provided by this App (Scheimpflug rule, focal length conversion, etc.) are for reference only; we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of such results
• 天气数据来源于 Apple WeatherKit，仅供拍摄参考，不保证数据的绝对准确性
  Weather data is sourced from Apple WeatherKit and is for shooting reference only; absolute accuracy of the data is not guaranteed
• 全球玩家地图仅显示城市级别位置，不收集或展示精确地理坐标
  The global player map only displays city-level locations and does not collect or display precise geographic coordinates
• 本应用不对第三方用户发布的内容承担责任
  The App is not responsible for content published by third-party users

8. 服务变更与终止 Service Changes and Termination

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本应用部分或全部功能的权利。对于免费功能的变更，我们不承担任何补偿责任。对于付费订阅用户，如服务发生重大变更，我们将提前通知。

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all features of this App at any time. We assume no compensation liability for changes to free features. For paid subscribers, we will provide advance notice of significant service changes.

9. 条款修改 Amendments to Terms

我们可能会不时更新本使用条款。更新后的条款将在本页面发布，并更新"最后更新"日期。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的条款。

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
